TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ON-LINE RESERVATION SERVICE

This agreement governs the conditions of the online reservation service through the current Website of Hotel Val de Ruda, S.L. with tax ID number B25040353, and address in Edificio Val de Ruda Cota 1500 – 25598 Baqueira Beret (Lérida).

The CLIENT, at the time when the registration process is completed and a reservation is made, submits himself or herself expressly to the clauses specified below, as well as to the conditions of access and use of our portal and its privacy policy, through the link "Legal Disclaimers".
The CLIENT acknowledges to have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contractual obligations.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE.

Orders made by physical persons that are full of age and companies can only make reservations through this Website.
In accordance to Article 27 of the Law of Services of the Company regarding Information and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE in Spanish), the contractual process made through www.hotelvalderuda.com will follow the following steps.

First: Selecting the hotel, offer, package or other hospitality services through the main page using the search parameters, as well as the dates of your stay.

Second: Selecting the type of room, number of rooms and guests.

Third: Selecting supplements and additional services showing the final price. Entering personal information regarding the reservation, as well as the credit/debit card used as a guarantee of the reservation, and accepting the general conditions of the reservation.

Fourth: Finalizing the reservation, showing the confirmation page.

Fifth: Sending confirmation e-mail for the reservation with all the information.

When the reservation is finalized, an electronic document will be created, which will be later added to your files. The user will have total access to and knowledge to this file at all times through an e-mail sent when the reservation is finalized.

Prices are per room and night and include the VAT.
Prices are expressed in euros.

The contractual relationships that arise from this Website will be governed according to the current Spanish laws on the matter.
The parties expressly submit themselves to the Courts of Viella - Mijaran, for the resolution of any conflicts related to this Website.
